Taken at the closure of the old Griffin’s factory in Lower Hutt which had been operating since 1938. It’s a huge factory, I would have loved to have more time exploring the empty buildings around back. At some point during the shut down I did detect a the aroma of cookies, perhaps someone removing an old oven.

It does look kinda scary, but it’s still nice for a morning run.
